Typical Case Work

Current design projects include: Our design and development team created a corner fixing system to be used in a large extrusion system to form a Hexagonal LED light fitting at Manchester Airport. After sample approval, a prototype was machined from an aluminium extrusion to the customer’s specification; cutting, machining, pressing, black anodised and then assembled. Following customer inspection and approval we machined hundreds of these components on our 4 & 5 axis CNC centres.
