Typical Case Work

Working in collaboration with the customer’s design team, Fabricon developed a robust corner-fixing solution to support a large extrusion assembly forming a hexagonal LED light fitting for Manchester Airport. Following sample approval, a production-representative prototype was precision-machined from aluminium extrusion to the customer’s specifications.

The manufacturing process included cutting, CNC machining, pressing, black anodising, and final assembly. After inspection and approval, production was scaled, with hundreds of components machined on our 4- and 5-axis CNC centres, delivering consistent, high-quality parts ready for installation.
