Who We Are

I formed Fabricon over 30 years ago, throughout this time I have made incremental changes, we are an agile organisation,... we innovate and adapt constantly to meet the changing customer demands of the market place. If we can stay abreast of the rapidly changing technology, we continue to hone our competitive edge and stand out in the marketplace. In my spare time I am a petrol head! I love to restore old bikes, I am now restoring a 1971 H2 Kawasaki and every year I travel around Europe on the best roads like the Stelvio Pass Italy and the Grossglokner in Austria on my BMW Adventurer.

I have worked at Fabricon Design for over 20 years. I work closely with our customers to provide a design... and manufacturing service which enables faster solutions. I share ideas with your design/production department to find answers to design problems. Keeping design and manufacturing under one roof means the customer will see faster results, any problems can be solved quickly. When I am not working I like to head to the hills on my mountain bike.

I am responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the... highest standard. I work closely with clients, suppliers and the wider team to translate ideas into practical, high-quality fabrication solutions. With a strong focus on organisation, problem solving and continuous improvement, I play a key role in streamlining processes, managing resources and maintaining Fabricon's reliability and craftmanship. I ensure that projects stay on track from initial planning through to final delivery. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, mountain biking and running.

I assist Ryan in various technical and administrative tasks. This includes job scheduling, assisting project managers and shop supervisors with... work preparation, handling day to day administrative tasks, ensuring that all the raw materials and consumables are stocked in appropriate quantities, ensuring the workers and technicians have the required machineries and equipment. I will be your point of contact for any assistance you require relating to your order. Outside of work I love to watch live music, for my BIG birthday this year I went with a group of friends to Glastonbury for the first time, it was amazing.

I’m responsible for implementing and overseeing initiatives that ensure Fabricon meets all ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 quality and environmental... standards, driving continuous improvements to achieve compliance targets. In business development, I lead projects such as the Manufacturing Made Smarter Programme, securing grant funding for additive manufacturing and digital technologies to support innovation. Outside work, I love adventure and spending time with Pablo, my cockapoo. We walk for hours and usually end up at a café enjoying a cappuccino — or a puppuccino for him!
