Made Smarter is the UK government backed Industry 4.0 Accelerator initiative, designed to drive UK manufacturing growth, productivity and transformation through the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions.

The Made Smarter North West pilot is designed to boost UK manufacturing productivity and growth across the North West. The Pilot is delivered by the Growth Company in partnership with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, North West Local Enterprise Partnerships and North West Business Growth Hub.

Thanks to the support of the Business Growth Hub and the Made Smarter programme exciting times lie ahead for Fabricon Design.

Fabricon have worked closely with Geoff Crossley (Manufacturing Advisor) and Claire Scott (IDT Advisor) over the last 6 months to recognise areas for improvement in our systems which included process mapping, digital mapping, visits to the AMRC Preston and Print City at MMU.
